Myspatech.com Policies


Payment and Sales Tax

Myspatech.com accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  Payments can be arranged through PayPal or by Cashier’s Check/Money Order by calling customer service at 888-733-4772.

Because Myspatech.com operates in Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address. Those who live outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Myspatech.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in your state.

Order Status

Orders typically take approximately 7 – 10 working days to receive once payment is confirmed.  Availability, quality control, and shipping may impact this estimate.  If you require your items within a certain timeframe, please contact our customer service at 1-888-733-4772 so that we may accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.

International Orders

For international orders, please call us at 972-231-4006, or email us at sales@myspatech.com so we can obtain an estimate for the shipping costs.  It is the purchasers’ responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense and any incurred duties and/or taxes.  Free shipping is only available for orders in the U.S.A.

If you prefer to use your own international broker service, we will ship free (Pedicure Chairs only) to the broker (within the 48 continental states).  Once they receive and sign for the merchandise it confirms the merchandise was received in good condition.  From that point, the condition of the merchandise is their responsibility.  Myspatech.com will not be responsible for any damage incurred during the continued shipping of the merchandise.  Purchaser will be responsible for any and all expenses beyond the initial shipment.

Security and Privacy

Because members and their privacy are top priority at Myspatech.com, we use the most secure transaction software available. All credit card orders on Myspatech.cominc.com are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide Myspatech.com is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Only Myspatech.com can decrypt this secure information. If you prefer not to place your order online, we would be pleased to take your order by phone. Please call our Customer Service team at 888-733-4772. Terms and Conditions

When you purchase from Myspatech.com, you agree to all of the terms herein. Myspatech.com may update these terms and will notify you via posting on our Policy and Procedure page. Your continued use of Myspatech.com after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes.

Our manufacturers' rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our collection are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, Myspatech.com will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our shipping vendors. Myspatech.com reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to manufacturer delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Myspatech.com will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.

While the Myspatech.com team works diligently to review the safety of all products, Myspatech.com cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, Myspatech.com is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Standard shipping charges are based on USPS and/or FedEx shipping costs. Larger items (such as pedicure chairs, nail tables, furniture, etc) will be shipped freight and will be delivered curbside only.  We will request the shipping company contact the purchaser to arrange a scheduled delivery date and time, but Myspatech.com cannot guarantee delivery date beyond an estimate. Free shipping only applies to orders within the U.S.A. and only to commercial addresses. For international orders, please view our international policy.

Returns/Exchanges

Myspatech.com strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit (less shipping fees and restocking fee). Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.

Simply call us within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label (amount will be deducted from your refund), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, Myspatech.com will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Myspatech.com; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.  Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.

If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RA#, and/or Myspatech.com suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Please note: All sales on discounted, used, and sale items are final.

Cancellations

Myspatech.com works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP at 888 733 4772 and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.

Warranty Information

Myspatech.com offers a 1 year parts warranty from purchase date on all NEW Lonestar pedicure chairs. For all other products, please check the manufacturer for their warranty guidlines.

To make a warranty claim please call our technical support team at 888-733-4772.  They will trouble shoot the problem with you and authorize the warranty replacement if the problem persists.  Myspatech.com will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the defective part.  Once the part is received, Myspatech.com will send you a replacement part.  To expedite the process it is possible, after authorization, to purchase the new part to be shipped out before returning the defective part and receive full credit after the defective part is returned within 14 days.  All warranty parts are shipped out either USPS for Fed Ex Ground (or comparable service), at Myspatech.com’s discretion.  Overnight or expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
